I have a discount code that I forgot to use, what do I do?

It’s easy to forget, and we always try to resolve this in the best possible way afterwards.

As long as the code is valid on the pieces that you want to order, we can correct this after the order is placed. However, we would like to correct this AFTER a possible return has been settled on the order. So write to us when you have received your return update and when you know that you will be keeping the styles in the order. 

I want to cancel or change something in the order, how can I do this?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address, remove an item, or modify anything else in a confirmed order. The order is handled directly by our logistics team as we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

You can keep track of your order using the tracking link. If your package is returned, please notify our support team so that we can process a refund. This will speed up the process, and you will receive a refund minus the return costs.

Additionally, you may contact the shipping company (NZ Post for NZ orders or DHL Express for AU orders) directly and request them to redirect the parcel to the correct address.
