DHL Fraudulent Messages - AU Orders

Updated

It has come to our attention that some customers within our AU community have received correspondence via SMS and/or email from fraudulent parties under the guise of our shipping partner DHL.

In most cases this correspondence requires the recipient to pay a 'fee' for the delivery of their goods.

It's important for us to notify our community that DHL do NOT in any way request payments in this manner and only collect payment for official DHL related expenses, including: shipping, customs, VAT or similar charges, where these are properly payable at the time of delivery.

If you receive correspondence of this manner, do NOT engage. This includes not responding and do not click on any links if provided.

For more information in regards to detection and handling of fraudulent correspondence, please refer to DHL's website HERE
