You ship this package to us and if you want our support team to assist you with a faster exchange to send the requested size you can contacted us about it - email hello@aimn.com 

You will not get any refund in the order and you will keep the "original-payment" and the same price on the new size of course. When we ship the new size you get a new shipping confirmation and the order get a new number, ex NZ12345-01 or AU12345-01 (important if you want to do a return on the exchanged size) 

If you like to order something else we don't offer free exchange. In this case, you will have to register a "normal" return and place a new order for the desired model/color.
