You ship this package to us and if you want our support team to assist you with a faster exchange to send the requested size you can contacted us about it - email hello@aimn.com 

You will not get any refund in the order and keep the "original-payment" and the same price on the product of course. When we ship the new size you get a new shipping confirmation and the order get a new number, ex NZ12345-01 or AU12345-01 (important if you want to do a return on the exchanged size) 

If you like to order something else we don´t offer free exchange. This mean you do a "normal" return and place a new order on the model or color you like more.
