Return Policy NZ-customer :)
In order to have the right to return the goods:
- The goods must be submitted within our Return Portal and returned within 30 days from the order date.
- The goods need to be unused and undamaged.
- All the tags/labels need to be left on the goods.
- As the last step in the return process, you will receive a return label to your email. You print this out and attach it to the package. You drop off your package at a NZ Post agent. Always save receipt.
- The return shipping will cost you 7 NZD and will be deducted from the amount we refund in the return.
- We will not refund your original shipping cost for a return.
- Within 3 weeks, our return center has handled your package and you will receive an update in the order. We will refund you returned products minus return shipping of 7 NZD which is deducted.
- If these conditions are not fulfilled the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.
- A claim is free of charge after agreement with our customer service team
