My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

If your purchase has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please email us at info@aimn.co.nz for orders within NZ or info@aimn.com.au for AU orders.
Please also check the courier's website, as any delays will be noted there along with estimated delivery times.
Shipping within NZ via CourierPost typically takes 1-5 working days for delivery.
For international orders, delivery can take up to 12 working days via NZ Post's standard shipping service for your country.
If your parcel has not arrived and is more than 5 working days overdue, we will initiate an investigation with the postal service. Rest assured, we will ensure you receive your purchase, even if we need to send a replacement!
