All orders placed within our NZ website are fulfilled at our 3PL Warehouse located in Auckland, New Zealand. If ordering to outlying countries/islands, your package will be sent with DHL Express Shipping then handed over to your local couriers if the delivery location is outside of DHL's service areas.

The day of courier collection is not counted in the shipping time frame.

Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as possible.

NOTE! Shipment to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to taxes and customs duties. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
