Go through the steps in the return portal :) Also, please remember to include your order number, full name, and email address (the ones used when confirming the order) on a note inside the bag to assist our return team.

You choose how you want to return your order and are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the parcel to:

We don't refund the original shipping fee.

Within 3 weeks, our return team will process and update your order, and you will receive a return confirmation email from us. Please note that even if the tracking shows delivery, it has only reached the last terminal before reaching our return center.

Additionally, you can exchange sizes through our digital return portal. Simply select the desired size for the item you're sending back. You will still need to cover the return shipping costs, but there will be no charge for the new order we send out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the exchange is on its way. The price of your original order will remain the same, and the new order number will be prefixed with 'EX,' for example: AU12345-01.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, please proceed with a return and then place a new order for the desired item.
